- This role involves translating competitive insights into actionable resources for field teams, including battlecards and internal competitor demos.
- The candidate will be responsible for bringing competitive stories to life across key marketing touchpoints, such as competitive webpages and case studies.
- Influencing product strategy through analysis of competitor products and win/loss data will be a key responsibility.
- The role includes implementing and owning a competitive intelligence platform to scale competitive monitoring and field enablement.

- The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of overall work experience, with at least 5 years specifically in B2B SaaS competitive intelligence.
- A strong analytical mindset is essential for digesting market, competitor, and win/loss data to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are necessary to translate competitive intelligence into compelling messaging for various teams.
- The candidate should demonstrate strategic collaboration skills, working effectively with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work are crucial for success in this role.
- Experience and passion for the customer experience software space will be a significant advantage.
