- Lead the development and maintenance of fast, reliable, scalable, and secure systems to support the company's mission of empowering educators

⚡ Requirements
- Experienced leader with a background in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure engineering, ideally in the education or educational technology sector
- Skilled in managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of growth, inclusion, and collaboration
- Proficient in deploying, testing, and monitoring cloud-based services, optimizing data storage solutions, and implementing best practices in security, performance, and automation
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences effectively
- Passionate about building and maintaining fast, reliable, scalable, and secure systems that enhance user experience and support team growth
