✨ About The Role
- Drive owned social channels for organic and paid, leading the social squad and utilizing a deep understanding of each channel, along with the GC product and community
- Build and grow new channels, ensuring positive long-term ROI through a hypothesis-driven approach to performance marketing
- Accelerate growth of the GC Content Creator Program and other key programs, leading the community squad
- Analyze product and channel data and metrics to continuously refine growth strategies, make data-driven decisions, and uncover new opportunities
- Partner with partners and platforms to support growth objectives
âš¡ Requirements
- Proven experience in successfully scaling growth marketing channels from inception to maturity, preferably in a startup environment
- Strong grasp of short-form video dynamics and a track record of collaborating with organic and paid content creators, ideally with experience leading content creator programs, especially in the gaming realm
- Deep hypothesis-driven and quantitative approach to performance marketing, have built new channels (vs. incrementally improving existing ones), and experience diving into a community and its product to develop insights for growth
- Familiarity with the gaming landscape and the ability to swiftly adapt to its culture and trends, ideally familiar with sports and basketball culture
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the capability to independently deconstruct complex issues and collaborate with community leaders to find solutions
