- As the Lead Animation Engineer, you will drive the animation gameplay and systems roadmap for Gym Class.
	- Your primary focus will be on developing character animation systems and pipelines optimized for VR and mobile experiences.
	- You will work with a wide set of motion data, including animation libraries and collected datasets.
	- Once product shipping begins, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own team.
	- The role involves collaboration with co-founders and various teams to deliver high-quality work to a large community.
	- You will be tasked with balancing product shipping with applied research in character motion AI and social gaming.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of C# and Unity, demonstrating proficiency in implementing and optimizing animation systems.
	- A strong background in animation engineering is essential, with a track record of shipping animation gameplay systems to large consumer audiences.
	- Experience with character rigging, IK/FK systems, and blendshape animations is crucial for success in this role.
	- The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high-quality animations and interactivity.
	- Effective communication and collaboration skills are necessary, as the role involves working with co-founders, engineers, artists, and designers.
	- A passion for VR gaming and an interest in AI-based animation systems will be advantageous for this position.
