✨ About The Role

- The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and closing a pipeline of prospects, ranging from solo financial advisors to large financial institutions. - In the first week, the new hire will focus on understanding Hadrius's core problems, ideal customer profile, and value proposition. - The role involves ramping up on the existing CRM and sales methodologies while improving current sales processes based on prior experience. - Within the first month, the expectation is to close 3-4 smaller deals and build relationships with mid-size prospects. - Over the first three months, the goal is to close 10-15 deals and develop skills to increase deal velocity, aiming for $6k net new MRR per month. - The Account Executive will also work on creating internal champions within prospective clients to advocate for Hadrius.

- The ideal candidate has over 3 years of professional experience as an account executive, demonstrating a strong sales background. - They possess a proven track record in software sales, consistently achieving or exceeding quotas. - The candidate should be highly coachable, willing to learn the specific sales methodologies of Hadrius. - A strong work ethic and grit are essential, as the role demands dedication and hard work. - They should have a passion for the mission of Hadrius, showing genuine excitement about the technology and its impact on financial crises. - A team-first mentality is crucial, with a commitment to long-term collaboration and mentorship within the team. - The candidate should be comfortable exercising autonomy and taking initiative in their sales approach.
