- Within the first month, the expectation is to close 3-4 smaller deals and build relationships with mid-size prospects.
- Over the first three months, the goal is to close 10-15 deals and develop skills to increase deal velocity, aiming for $6k net new MRR per month.
- The Account Executive will also work on creating internal champions within prospective clients to advocate for Hadrius.
