- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Curious, ambitious, and humble with a passion for solving customer challenges
- Comfortable working with cloud warehouses, data engineering, data analytics, and APIs
- Previous experience with Customer Data Platforms is a bonus
