- The Growth Operations Manager will be responsible for driving continuous improvement of Instawork's internal Growth platform. - This platform is designed to generate, enhance, score, and distribute leads to the Sales team, supporting revenue generation. - The role involves identifying, prioritizing, and executing projects to increase pipeline contribution from centrally distributed leads and accounts. - The candidate will build and manage core components of the leads engine, including data coverage, quality, work rate, conversion rate, and campaign success. - Managing cross-functional projects with vendors, operations, product, and engineering teams for implementation is a key responsibility. - The successful candidate will maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and collaborate closely with key stakeholders. - The role requires a data-driven approach to devise solutions to existing or new issues while adding to the product/platform roadmap. - The candidate will be expected to gain comprehensive knowledge about Instawork's systems and data structures. - This position has substantial potential to significantly impact the company's growth trajectory.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations role, specifically in Growth, Marketing, or Revenue/Sales Operations. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven decision-making ability are essential for success in this role. - Proficiency in SQL is required, along with familiarity with AI and its application in GTM use cases. - A solid understanding of Salesforce data structures and other GTM systems and vendors is necessary. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building strong relationships with key stakeholders. - The candidate should be able to operate both independently and as part of a team, contributing to the organization's success and growth. - Strong organizational and time management skills are important for handling multiple projects concurrently. - Attention to detail is vital to ensure that all tasks are performed accurately and efficiently. - An enthusiastic and self-driven approach is needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.
