- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of professional service and/or consulting experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- A strong passion for learning new technologies and driving outcomes through technical solutions is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess the ability to establish meaningful relationships with customers and effectively manage their expectations and escalations.
- Experience navigating complex organizational structures, particularly within Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT teams, is highly valued.
- Curiosity about understanding customers' goals and values will help the candidate excel in this position.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) and legal operations business processes is a plus.
