✨ About The Role
- Analyze customer, vehicle, and historical loss data to uncover trends and inform business decisions
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features to inform product and business strategies
- Develop systems and tools to assist in loss cost management, pricing recommendations, and analysis of loss data
- Build scalable solutions and processes to ingest and ensure the integrity of claim/loss data from insurance partners
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency

- Experienced in data science, business operations, data analytics, and/or product analytics with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in SQL and Python (or a similar ML programming language) with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to create alignment and drive decisions through collaboration and influence, with high emotional intelligence and adaptability
- Comfortable communicating across all levels of the company, including front-line employees and the company’s C-suite
- Strong background in analyzing customer, vehicle, and historical loss data to inform business decisions
