- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or people operations, particularly in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, is essential.
- Candidates should possess deep knowledge of employment laws and human resources regulations.
- HR certification, such as SHRM-CP or PHR, is strongly preferred.
- The successful individual will be a principled business-centric thought partner with excellent judgment.
- They should demonstrate the ability to act with integrity and diplomacy, even under pressure.
