✨ About The Role
- Lead and manage a team of 9 SDRs to ensure they meet and exceed lead generation targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve lead generation, prospecting, and appointment-setting processes
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the SDR team
- Track and analyze key performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Work closely with the Sales team to align strategies and ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced sales professional with a background in both SDR and AE roles, ideally with previous management experience
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop talent and drive team success
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with a strategic problem-solving approach
