✨ About The Role
- Responsible for deploying and installing technology and hardware across the country, handling customer support tickets and calls
- Expected to travel 50-75% of the time to launch new locations and assist customers
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, respond to customer inquiries, and maintain expert knowledge of deployment systems and software
- Install kiosks, plan and prepare for deployments, and provide customer service and support via various communication channels
- Collaborate with product engineers, users, customers, and clients to ensure successful project completion and customer satisfaction

- Experience in deployment and installation of technology and hardware, with a focus on customer support and project management
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues remotely and in the field
- Comfortable with frequent travel and able to work autonomously to ensure project success
- Excellent communication skills to interact with product engineers, users, and customers effectively
- Ability to lift heavy objects and a self-starter mindset to tackle complex problems
