- The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in building applications using JavaScript and Python in a UNIX/Linux environment.
- Strong familiarity with GraphQL API and SSO/SAML implementation is essential for success in this role.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary, as the role involves direct interaction with customers via email and phone/video.
- The candidate should be comfortable working independently and managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise-level customers is highly valued, along with proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Jira, and Confluence.
