- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of general tax and/or accounting experience, demonstrating a strong background in tax compliance and treasury operations.
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is required, with a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
- The successful individual will possess exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Experience in managing a team and fostering collaboration within a finance department is essential for this role.
