✨ About The Role
- Develop, support, and iterate frontend and/or backend functionality for the Memora care delivery platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and implement solutions
- Participate in Engineering On-Call rotation and work with the Client Support team to investigate and resolve client support cases
- Promote product development best practices, supportability, and code quality through leading by example and mentoring other software engineers
- Manage and address technical debts, escalating to Technical Lead and Engineering Manager as needed
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced software engineer with a minimum of 5-8 years in the industry, particularly in enterprise-grade software products
- Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js for both front-end and back-end development, with expertise in React
- Skilled in writing and consuming RESTful APIs, working with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Familiarity with containerized app deployments, test-driven development, and scrum methodology
- Strong mentorship skills, excelling in guiding and supporting junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
