✨ About The Role
- Design and build distributed services with high test coverage, performance, availability, and observability to power Ro's end-to-end healthcare platform
- Take a lead role in building the team's architectural vision and technical roadmap

- Experienced backend engineer with a strong background in designing and building scalable web applications and distributed systems
- Proficient in Python with at least 7 years of software engineering experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical roadmaps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and own initiatives from ideation to maintenance
- Strong system design and architecture experience, defining patterns and best practices for others to follow
- Comfortable fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and supporting new technologies and tools
