- Partner with VP and C-Level leaders from Enterprise to Jumbo companies, running the full sales cycle from qualification to close
- Work cross-functionally with Proposal writers and subject matter experts to respond to employer RFP requests
- Deeply understand customer needs and map the solution to the challenges they are facing
- Serve as a trusted advisor to companies, educating them on the mental health landscape and inspiring them on the value of Modern Health’s approach
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, maintain sales pipeline, and consistently attain and exceed targets

- Experienced SaaS or tech-enabled healthcare Account Executive with a track record of consistently exceeding quotas
- Skilled in project management, navigating complex organizational structures, and creating champions across teams
- Curious about behavioral health and its impact on organizations, with exemplary presentation and communication abilities
- Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth, and collaborative environment, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to run the complete sales cycle, from demo and qualification to close, including strong negotiation abilities
