- A quantitative mindset is essential, as the candidate should care about outcomes and make data-informed decisions.
- The candidate should be adept at working in cross-functional teams and resolving ambiguity with stakeholders.
- Demonstrable experience working with senior-level non-technical stakeholders is also important.
