✨ About The Role
- Responsible for driving sales and business development within the designated territory of Los Angeles and Richmond, CA
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue generation, market penetration, and fleet utilization
- Build, manage, and prioritize a healthy sales pipeline in line with regional goals while maintaining an accurate forecast
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Field Services, Customer Success, and Product to inform and support company objectives
- Attend conferences, events, facilitate product demonstrations, and support customer pilots with key accounts
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced Account Executive or Account Manager in the equipment rental industry with a proven track record of driving sales and business development
- Skilled in leading contract negotiations and building strong relationships with clients
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to effectively promote innovative solutions to potential customers
- Previous sales experience in the temporary power, energy, or similar markets is a plus
