✨ About The Role
- Responsible for supporting new and current SMB pharmacy partners as the lead point of contact post-launch
- Manage a book of 100+ small-medium business size Nimble pharmacy partners
- Provide proactive solutions and recommend services/features to improve pharmacy revenue and performance
- Utilize performance and revenue reports to identify growth opportunities for pharmacy partners
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to bring technical expertise to partners

- Experienced in account management, partner/customer success, account retention, upgrading/upselling accounts, client support, and sales
- Proactive and confident in guiding partners through new processes
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to effectively manage a large book of small-medium business size pharmacy partners
- Strong communication skills to build durable relationships with pharmacy partners
