✨ About The Role
- Responsible for onboarding new pharmacies to the Nimble platform and ensuring they meet company requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Success, and Engineering to align pharmacies on implementation processes
- Maintain accurate documentation for pharmacies in Nimble's CRM system and provide training on Nimble's product to pharmacy staff
- Develop and implement best practices for using Nimble's products for patients and pharmacies
- Regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and efficient launch for pharmacy partners

- Experienced professional with 5-8 years in onboarding, client success, and implementation process development
- Bachelor's degree holder with a proactive and confident approach to guiding partners through new processes
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Organized self-starter with meticulous attention to detail and experience in documenting standard operating procedures
