- Collaborate with product management and design teams to understand feature requirements and use cases
- Build scalable platforms, APIs, user interfaces, and web services
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in development techniques
- Deliver high-quality code on time and enhance system usability and performance
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced full-stack engineer with at least 5 years of backend APIs, web services, and user interface development
- Proficient in Java / Spring Boot, React, ECMAScript standard, and SQL (MySQL)
- Strong advocate and practitioner of test-driven development
- Excellent communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers
- Results-oriented, innovative, and able to take ownership of projects with minimal guidance
