✨ About The Role
- Develop and implement testing protocols to optimize CO2 capture capacities and economic viability of materials
- Lead process and instrumentation design for CO2 capture approach from benchtop to pilot plants
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols throughout development and implementation
- Create piping and instrumentation diagrams for process builds, working with vendors to design and procure operational equipment
- Use computational modeling techniques to inform R&D targets, company objectives, and future products

- Experienced chemical engineer with a degree in chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or process engineering
- Skilled in process controls design and implementation, with prior exposure to pilot plant construction or hands-on process building
- Proficient in using ASPEN or other model builder software, with a strong foundation in collaborative, multidisciplinary work environments
- Passionate about sustainability and making a significant impact on the environment, with innovative thinking and creative problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable to a dynamic, fast-paced team environment working on cutting-edge technology
