- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, with a master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- You should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in training development and delivery, particularly in the technology sector.
- Experience in AI and ML consulting, with at least 3 years focused on related training content delivery, is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to connect effectively with both internal stakeholders and partner audiences.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is crucial.
- Proficiency in using various tools such as CMS, LMS, and VILT software for developing and delivering training is expected.
