- Responsible for owning the website strategy to drive growth through optimization, user journey mapping, and high-velocity experimentation
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to execute a web experimentation plan and shape overall website strategy
- Analyze user behavior and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement across owned properties
- Work cross-functionally to identify new opportunities for landing pages and content, and share key insights and learnings with the team

⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in project management, prioritization, and experimentation design with a focus on customer empathy and data analysis
- Comfortable working in a high-velocity, low ACV sales cycle environment and collaborating cross-functionally
- Skilled in analyzing complex data sets and deriving insights to drive impactful outcomes
- Familiarity with Mutiny, Webflow, WordPress, Mode, DreamData, and Google Analytics is a plus
