- Architect, build, and manage enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure to support the security & compliance requirements of Pave’s largest, most sophisticated customers
- Develop a best-in-class development experience, equipping engineers with tooling for rapid, high-quality software development
- Define Engineering best practices and drive adoption across the organization
- Develop foundational components and patterns with built-in security, observability, and performance to allow product engineers to focus on driving customer value

- Experienced cloud infrastructure professional with over 5 years of relevant experience in backend software development
- Proficient in incorporating security best practices in large technical designs and leading large technical projects with high ambiguity
- Strong developer empathy and passion for improving the quality of life for fellow engineers
- Execution-oriented individual who enjoys diving into technical details and driving implementation
- Comfortable providing design and architectural guidance to product teams and shaping technical roadmaps
