✨ About The Role
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining People Ops systems, as well as being the point person on reporting and analytics
- Manage data/analytics requests, interpret complex data sets, and communicate actionable insights effectively through compelling narratives
- Develop both scheduled and ad-hoc reporting systems for HR functions and company-wide operations
- Audit and maintain People systems to ensure data integrity throughout the organization
- Evaluate systems needs and business requirements to make recommendations on improvements, as well as new systems and processes
âš¡ Requirements
- Experienced HRIS Analyst with 2-4 years of People Ops/HRIS/Analyst experience, preferably in a technology company
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field
- Proficient in using HR data and HRIS products, with experience producing analytics containing sensitive information and high levels of accuracy
- Expert level in Excel and experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau, Domo, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate HR information to HR and non-HR individuals
