✨ About The Role
- Drive technical conversations and analysis around integration and product feature requests with existing and prospective customers
- Create and manage technical documentation, both internal and external facing
- Serve as the liaison between sales teams and all supporting teams including engineering, sales operations, CRM, web services, security, and API support
- Own all RFP and vendor assessment requests by either responding to questions directly or collaborating with the teams as needed
- Responsible for channel product roadmap by identifying short-term and long-term issues that need to be addressed, recommending courses of action, and setting a priority order
âš¡ Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Engineering
- 3-5 years in a technical environment, preferably with SaaS products
- Previous experience in B2B sales, in a SAAS environment, preferred
- Strong knowledge of web development platforms, databases, and infrastructure
- Proven experience with APIs and API protocols
