Senior Ai/Machine Learning Engineer

✨ About The Role

- The Senior AI/Machine Learning Engineer will collaborate with PMs and Engineering leadership to design and implement technical solutions that drive organizational impact.
	- This role involves partnering closely with business stakeholders to ensure insights lead to actionable outcomes and measurable business impact.
	- The engineer will be a key contributor to a cross-functional, agile product delivery team, integrating AI functionalities into software applications and platforms.
	- Continuous research and experimentation with state-of-the-art AI techniques and tools will be a significant part of the job to enhance product offerings.
	- The position requires articulating engineering design strategies related to scalability, performance, security, usability, and development platforms.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in Machine Learning and Data Science, or equivalent experience in Software Engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
	- A master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience.
	- The candidate should have a proven track record of driving ML projects from conception to production deployment.
	- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch is essential.
	- The successful individual will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate analytic findings into actionable business insights.
