- Managing red team, purple team, and tabletop exercises to identify cyber defense gaps and response readiness is a key responsibility.
- The position requires fostering a transparent and respectful team culture focused on collaboration and recognition.

- The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
- A strong understanding of the adversary lifecycle and the MITRE ATT&CK framework is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in incident response and/or security engineering.
- Experience in managing people and programs within a distributed and remote team is highly preferred.
- A background in threat intelligence, insider threat, and security engineering will be beneficial.
