- The candidate should possess a solution-focused approach to problem-solving and be fluent in English and at least one other language such as Spanish, German, French, or Swedish.
- Strong communication, presentation, and group facilitation skills are necessary for engaging with a diverse range of professionals and customers.
- A growth mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities without supervision will contribute to success in this role.
