- The Digital Marketing Contractor will play a key role in optimizing Podium's Paid Acquisition strategy.
- The primary responsibility will be to optimize and improve the Paid Search strategy in partnership with the Paid Acquisition Manager.
- The role involves making data-based optimizations to campaigns, ad groups, and keywords to maximize Paid Search performance.
- The contractor will assist in the execution of Podium's Paid Search program and help drive the strategy alongside other stakeholders.
- The position requires understanding and communicating current performance against targets and the main drivers of that performance.
- The contractor will also assist in execution across other paid acquisition channels, including referral and direct mail.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Paid Search, particularly within B2B tech companies.
- Mastery of Google Ads is essential, with expert-level knowledge of campaign management and current paid search best practices.
- Exceptional analytical skills are required, with the ability to translate data into a detailed, actionable strategy.
- The candidate should have demonstrated success in managing budgets of at least $50k per month.
- Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and a bias for operational efficiency are important traits for success in this role.
- Experience with Marketo and/or Salesforce is preferred, indicating familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English is necessary, as the role requires communication with stakeholders in the U.S.
