- The Senior People Operations Business Partner will play a key role in developing and implementing effective HR policies and practices to support the strategic growth of the business - Responsibilities include partnering with senior leadership, providing expertise in areas such as feedback, employee relations, development, coaching, and organizational development - The role involves educating, coaching, and partnering with managers on performance management and employee development goals - Collaborating with the People Ops team to champion a culture of excellence where employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results - Providing new hires with a great onboarding experience to set them up for success

- Experienced HR professional with 5-8 years of relevant experience in People Operations, organization development, change management, and employee relations - Ability to think strategically, develop HR policies aligned with business objectives, and provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies - Skilled in coaching and partnering with managers on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness - Passionate about building new people programs, enhancing existing ones, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization - Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
