- Experienced HR professional with 5-8 years of relevant experience in People Operations, organization development, change management, and employee relations
- Ability to think strategically, develop HR policies aligned with business objectives, and provide thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies
- Skilled in coaching and partnering with managers on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness
- Passionate about building new people programs, enhancing existing ones, and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to collaborate effectively, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
