- As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with various teams including Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to support customers in implementing SMS marketing strategies.
- You will lead technical discovery calls with prospects and document new requests for the Product team.
- The role involves preparing demos to showcase advanced capabilities of the Postscript platform and managing proof of concepts for complex use cases.
- You will provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to onboarding and customer support teams.
- The position requires creating technical content to guide customers on implementing specific use cases and standard methodologies.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience as a sales or solutions engineer, support engineer, or in a related technical role.
- Alternatively, candidates with 5+ years in technical and revenue-driving customer-facing roles will also be considered.
- A strong understanding of e-commerce, particularly within the Shopify ecosystem, is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should exemplify a "customer first" attitude and be comfortable with front-end web technologies such as JavaScript and CSS.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to convey complex technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented, naturally curious, and strive to become an expert in the Postscript platform and its capabilities.
