✨ About The Role
- Lead and manage the entire quality assurance lifecycle, from test planning to execution
- Develop detailed test plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Communicate regularly with development teams to understand project requirements and provide updates on test status
- Identify, document, and track software defects, and perform both manual and automated testing
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not negatively impact existing functionality
âš¡ Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Javascript, or similar, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software, along with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success
- Experience in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects, and conducting both manual and automated testing
