- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of recruiting experience, particularly in GTM and G&A roles.
- A strong background in full-cycle recruiting and sourcing passive candidates is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Boolean and x-ray searches, as well as additional sourcing tools.
- The ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches simultaneously is crucial.
- Experience working directly with various levels of a GTM organization is highly desirable.
