- Perform incoming quality checks on production material and troubleshoot issues with PCBs and electronics subsystems
- Assemble prototype PCBs and electronics subsystems based on schematics and assembly work instructions
- Build wire harnesses, test setups, and support EE and SW teams in developing prototypes for new projects
- Maintain the lab space, keep equipment operational, and ensure orderly work environment

⚡ Requirements
- Experienced electrical engineering technician with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in soldering, PCB rework, and building wiring harnesses based on schematic diagrams
- Proficient in troubleshooting electronic circuits at the component level and performing bench testing using digital multimeters and oscilloscopes
- Comfortable working on high voltage systems and following safety protocols in a lab environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a small team of engineers
- Enthusiastic about contributing to the development of cutting-edge technology in the field of autonomous electric aviation
