✨ About The Role
- The Senior RF Engineer will be responsible for the specification, design, and testing of RFID Readers.
- The role involves collaborating with various teams, including Software, QA, Hardware, Antenna, and FPGA Engineering.
- The engineer will take ownership of RF aspects of RFID Readers with RF circuits up to 1GHz.
- The position requires debugging and optimizing conducted RF and overall system performance.
- The engineer will work with Compliance Engineers to guide products through regulatory testing at external labs.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field, with an M.S. preferred.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in RF design is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess expert mastery of wireless communications principles and RF electronics fundamentals.
- Strong skills in designing, testing, and debugging complex discrete RF circuits are necessary.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are important for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
