- Experienced in building and managing high-performing engineering teams, with at least 2+ years of experience in this role - Proficient in software development with 5+ years of experience in developing user-facing applications - Strong background in working with product metrics and tools like GA, BigQuery, etc. - Holds a BS degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience - Deep focus on user experience and usability, with a keen understanding of user behavior and software interaction
