- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of coding experience in a production setting, demonstrating the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- A strong technical leader with at least 5 years of experience in setting and delivering on long-term vision is essential for this role.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various teams, including engineering, data science, and product.
- Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Go, C++, or Java is required.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related technical field is preferred, along with experience in storage technologies like Postgres, MySQL, Cassandra, Redis, and Memcache.
