- The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the infrastructure domain, particularly with lower-level systems such as Linux. - Proficiency in programming languages, especially Go, Rust, or Python, is essential for this role. - A strong understanding of kernel primitives, CPU scheduling, and packet processing will be crucial for success. - Experience with Kubernetes or similar distributed systems is necessary to effectively contribute to the team. - Excellent troubleshooting skills are required, ranging from higher-level orchestration to lower-level runtime issues. - The candidate should possess strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a service-oriented team. - Experience in designing large systems and building consensus among engineers is highly valued.
