- The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, with a strong foundation in aerospace principles. - A minimum of 8 years of experience working on guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) solutions in the aerospace industry is essential. - Specialization in flight controls, navigation, or guidance for launch vehicles or satellites is highly desirable. - Proficiency in programming languages such as C++ and Python is required for this role. - Candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced environment. - Experience in control systems, orbital mechanics, classical dynamics, aerodynamics, sensors and actuators, and modeling and simulation will be beneficial.
