- A minimum of 1 year of leadership experience managing and mentoring engineering teams is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of Design for Manufacturability, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Failure Mode Effects Analysis is expected.
- The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to identify production inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
