- A bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related discipline is required.
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of relevant technical experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience in authoring and executing test procedures is essential for this role.
- Strong engineering fundamentals in fluids, thermal, mechanical, and electrical engineering are necessary.
- Familiarity with industry test standards and knowledge of instrumentation is a plus.
