- The Account Executive role at Resquared involves managing outbound calls and communications daily to cold & warm prospects, achieving monthly metrics, and running product demonstrations - Responsibilities include prospecting & qualifying both outbound and inbound leads, identifying decision-makers, and closing deals - The role requires adapting to changes in the sales process, collaborating with the team to improve processes, and maintaining accurate records in CRM - The Account Executive will need to become a product expert, understand the competitor landscape, and build strong networks within and outside the organization - This position offers a unique opportunity to learn and evolve the sales playbook of a fast-growing startup, reporting directly to the Director of Sales

- Ideal for individuals with 1-2+ years of experience in a similar sales or development role, looking to advance their career in a fast-paced SaaS environment - Requires someone who can quickly build relationships, establish credibility through consultative conversations, and creatively solve prospects' business needs - Must have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively meet and exceed monthly quotas and handle rejections - The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, confidence, and a strong work ethic, with the desire to excel in a sales role - Strong organization, time management skills, and the ability to work independently are essential for this position
