- The Implementation Manager will own and execute the customer onboarding journey from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for new customers.
- This role serves as the post-sales first impression of the Rinsed brand, making it vital to represent the company positively.
- The candidate will become an expert on the Rinsed Salespath application and provide training and support to customers.
- Coaching customers on operational changes and accountability for their employees while using Salespath tools is a key responsibility.
- The role involves identifying and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the onboarding process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Continuous feedback gathering from customers will be essential to improve the onboarding process and the product itself.
- Collaboration with internal technical resources will be necessary for addressing the more technical aspects of the onboarding process.
- The Implementation Manager will act as the go-to point of contact for customers starting their journey with Rinsed.

- The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, along with at least 3 years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or a relevant role.
- Experience in a SaaS environment is essential, and familiarity with onboarding processes involving both software and hardware is a plus.
- The candidate should be a self-starter with strong time management and prioritization skills, capable of multitasking effectively.
- A passion for helping customers maximize their use of the Rinsed platform is crucial for success in this role.
