- Collaboration with the field marketing team and other departments will be necessary for successful event execution.
- The role includes post-campaign administration, budget reconciliation, and ROI analysis to measure event success.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in event marketing, field marketing, or demand generation.
- They should possess proven experience in planning and reporting for various event types such as tradeshows, roadshows, and webinars.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple event projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills are necessary for nurturing relationships with speakers and partners.
- A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for events across North America is required.
- The candidate should be self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of creative problem-solving.
- Analytical skills to identify trends and challenges will be beneficial in optimizing event strategies.
- Experience in a startup SaaS environment, particularly in SMB or construction-tech, is a plus.
