✨ About The Role

- The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving partner growth through engagement and enablement programs. - The role involves owning existing branch relationships and enabling their sales representatives for new opportunities. - The candidate will provide effective product training and onboarding support for new partners. - Planning, forecasting, and meeting monthly and quarterly departmental objectives and quotas will be part of the responsibilities. - The position requires organizing and hosting community events and meetings to enhance partner engagement. - Regular travel to partner sites is expected, estimated at 1-2 weeks per month. - The candidate will work cross-functionally with various internal teams to define priorities and resolve issues.

- The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in the roofing industry or related fields such as home improvement or construction. - A strong background in account management and relationship management, with at least 5 years of relevant experience, is essential. - Experience in channel partnerships and managing partnerships in a business development environment is highly valued. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. - The candidate should possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities. - A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are important traits for this position. - The candidate should be outgoing and enjoy traveling to meet partners in person.
