- The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for managing all inbound sales inquiries and qualifying leads. - The role involves executing a high volume of daily activities, including calls, emails, and social selling. - Building rapport with multiple levels of buyers and understanding their needs is crucial to effectively communicate how Roofr can assist them. - The representative will partner with Account Executives to hand off qualified sales opportunities and document important details about prospects. - Meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas while contributing to customer satisfaction is a key expectation of this role.

âš¡ Requirements

- The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a sales development role, particularly in B2B SaaS sales. - A self-starter who is highly detail-oriented and can quickly adapt to new information and situations will thrive in this position. - Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a creative problem-solving approach to engage with potential customers effectively. - The candidate should be comfortable communicating over the phone and possess strong email writing skills to handle objections and inquiries. - Familiarity with sales tools such as Hubspot, Aircall, and Intercom will be beneficial for success in this role.
