- The Senior Field Sales Rep will be responsible for managing existing branch relationships and enabling sales reps for new opportunities.
- This role involves driving partner growth through engagement and enablement programs.
- The candidate will serve as the main point of contact for partners regarding Roofr products.
- Providing effective product training and onboarding support for new partners is a key responsibility.
- The role requires planning, forecasting, and meeting monthly and quarterly objectives and quotas.
- Organizing and hosting community events and meetings will be part of the engagement responsibilities.
- Regular travel to partner sites is expected, estimated at 1-2 weeks per month.
- The candidate will work cross-functionally with various teams to define priorities and resolve issues.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate has over three years of experience in field sales and territory management.
- Experience in channel partnerships, particularly within the roofing supply industry, is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective presentations and relationship building.
